A militia active in the Jiaodong area was known for its skillful use of landmines. Led by their captain Yu Hu, they defended their homeland against the Japanese forces and were called the "Jiaodong Bomb Squad" by the locals. During a military sweep, the wily Japanese military officer Muto Tadashi set his eyes on a village sitting in a strategic location, Taoyuangang. After receiving the information, Captain Yu Hu and his men quickly put up a defensive line to protect the village. Faced with a Japanese army many times their size, can the militia defend the village with their limited bullets and gunpowder? Can they hold out until the Eighth Route Army arrives?
